HOST YOUR EVENT
Reservations
A naturally beautiful downtown setting for weddings, festivals, and celebrations — beneath the 160-foot carillon tower.
OVERVIEW
The perfect venue in the heart of downtown
Carillon Park provides a naturally beautiful outdoor setting, highlighted by the majestic 160-foot carillon tower that fills the sky with music. Carillon Park is free for all to use, but to reserve an area of the park for a private event, sections of the park may also be reserved. A reservation comes with closure signage, event electricity and limited staff support. We can host a wide variety of events — from staged performances and community festivals to business functions, weddings, anniversaries, and birthday celebrations.
Complete a rental application at least 10 days before your event date. Dates are handled first-come, first-served, and are held once we have a signed agreement and damage deposit.

RESERVATION FAQS
Common questions about renting the park
Do you offer any discounts?
We do — we offer a discount for non-profit organizations and charitable events. Let us know about your organization when you apply.
Can the park be closed to the public for a private event?
Some, but not all, areas of the park may be closed for a private event. We post reserved signs for the area you rent during your event, but the other sections — and the splash pad — are never closed off to the public.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellation notice must be given at least two days prior to the scheduled event date for a full refund. After an incident-free event, the damage deposit is returned by check within two weeks.
Can I leave my setup overnight or host outside park hours?
Events may only take place during park hours. Any equipment dropped off early or left after the event is at the organizer's risk — Centralia Carillon Park is not responsible for it.
Is alcohol allowed in the park?
Alcohol is permitted for guests of legal drinking age and for consumption at the park only. It cannot be sold, and "brown bagging" is not permitted on park property.
I saw something about insurance — what do I need?
If your event includes activities that require liability insurance, we will need a copy. A certificate of insurance, if applicable, is due no later than two weeks before your event date.
Does the park have public restrooms?
No, the park does not have public restrooms. For a large or long event, you will need to rent portable restrooms.
Is there help with set-up and clean-up?
No — we keep a tidy park, so please do your part and leave it the way you found it. We do have maps showing where to set up stage or other equipment that needs electricity.
Can we have vendor trucks?
If your event is large enough to need vendor trucks, you can arrange with the City of Centralia to close the 300 block of East Broadway alongside the park so vendors can set up on the street.
